Digest. Economic business marathon of Tatarstan in Uzbekistan.
Employees of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tajikistan as part of the delegation of the republic worked at the forum “INNOPROM. Central Asia". The investment potential of Tatarstan was presented as part of presentations at the republic’s stand. Also took part in the business program of the forum.

At the same time, Deputy Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan Igor Sapunov and Head of the Investment Project Support Department Olesya Nigmetzyanova visited the Chirchik Chemical Industrial Technopark, located 42 km from Tashkent, on April 22 with a familiarization business tour.
More than a hundred people took part in the tour: representatives of business circles, regional administrations and departments from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Pakistan.
Technopark "Chirchik", opened with the participation of Technopolis "Khimgrad" in March 2022, is a large-scale project for the localization of production of Russian companies in Uzbekistan, implemented jointly with JSC "Uzkimyosanoat" with the support of the governments of the two republics.
The industrial park is located on an area of 29 hectares and operates as a free economic zone, which allows its residents to receive comprehensive support in the implementation of investment projects and tax benefits.
Participants of the business tour, as part of a visit to the Chirchik technology park, got acquainted with the production facilities of the current residents and their products, including unique thermoplastic elastomers, polymer products, microbiological fertilizers, soundproofing materials, and non-standard chemically resistant products.
There was also a presentation of the possibilities of localizing production in the Chirchik and Jizzakh technology parks.
During the official part of the familiarization tour, the guests of the Chirchik technology park were addressed by Hakim of Chirchik Murodzhon Abdurakhimov, executive director of the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia Denis Zhuravsky, general director of Technopolis "Khimgrad" Airat Gizzatullin, specialist of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Madiyor Rakhimov and general director Deconext LLC Mikhail Melnikov.
