The BRICS Games have started!
The BRICS sports games, annual multi-sport competitions between the member states of the BRICS economic group, started today. The Russian anthem was performed at the opening by Elmira Kalimullina.

✔To date, about 120 thousand tickets have been sold. The most popular among spectators are competitions in synchronized swimming, diving, swimming, rhythmic and artistic gymnastics.
✔Next year the games are planned to be held in Brazil.
✔For the first time, the competitions are held in an open format - not only athletes from the BRICS countries take part in them, but also representatives of other states that have applied for participation.
