Today the TIDA was visited by the grandson of Liu Shaoqi, the second Chairman of the People's Republic of China (after Mao Zedong), Alexey Klimovich Fedotov (Liu Weining). He is vice-president of the Russian-Asian Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists (RASPP), Head of the RASPP representative office in Guangzhou. Liu Weining Born in 1955. He is a citizen of Russia. In 1979 he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute, in 1988 - from the F.E. Dzerzhinsky Military Academy. Until 2000, he held senior positions at the Russian Space Flight Control Center. Today Fedotov is a major expert on the Chinese market in structuring investments in Russia. His wife is Antonina Alekseevna Fedotova, director for economic cooperation of the representative office of the Russian-Asian Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists in China.
