Young people want to work in the Agency!
The Tatarstan Investment Development Agency is actively working with young people. So this quarter, the head of the promotion department of the Tatarstan Agency for Investment Development, Leysan Akhmetzyanova, spoke about the investment potential of Tatarstan, major republican events and personnel prospects at the republic’s enterprises to the participants in the final part of the republican stage of the XII International Educational Forum “Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy 2024” (RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation).
In the republic it is held by the “Academy of Creative Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan”. Trainings and meetings with speakers are the final stage of the competition - after tests and interviews. Based on the results of the selection process, the most prominent candidates will be included in the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan. 80 of the best students will go to the Sviyazh Hills Summer Campus from July 16 to 25. By the way, the students were very interested in a career in the Agency - after the meeting, the HR department of the AIR RT did not stop ringing.
Also at the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the winners of another competition - "Young Diplomats" - were awarded. The competition is organized by the Academy of Youth Diplomacy of Tatarstan with the support of the ministry. As part of the stage of completing tasks from the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, the guys presented ideas for promoting the republic: from videos and booklets to bots on social networks and fortune cookies for investors. The Agency group held a competition where users chose the best work. The fresh look of creative youth is a new inspiration for the Agency in its painstaking work to attract investors.
