Opening of new investment projects!
Today a new elevator complex of Sviyazhsk-Zernoproduct LLC opened. The total investment amount is 2.8 billion rubles. The elevator is located on the site of the Sviyazhsk interregional multimodal logistics center.
Sviyazhsk-Zernoprodukt will provide storage, cleaning, drying, transshipment and loading of agricultural products with the possibility of shipment to road, water and rail transport. Storage capacity reaches 112 thousand tons of grain in 16 silo buildings.
More than 450 thousand tons of crop will pass through the elevator throughout the year. The complex is capable of quickly loading up to 700 tons of grain per hour onto ships, and 350 tons per hour onto railway and road transport.
Also the day before, the opening of the third stage of the logistics complex took place on the territory of the Zelenodolsk industrial park.
On the day of the launch of the facility, the Romex group of companies and Ozon also announced the start of construction of another fulfillment center in the Zelenodolsk district with a total area of 85 thousand square meters. m. The new warehouse complex will be located in the Tura 2.0 industrial park. The start of operations is planned for the end of 2026, and the logistics hub will reach full capacity in 2027.
