Another investment project has been implemented, which has expanded the number of tourism and urban development facilities in the republic. The project was approved by the Investment Council headed by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at the end of March. Today, in the central part of Chistopol, on the bank of the Kama River near the landscaped park "Kama Embankment", a new beach "Yunost" has appeared, where there is everything for a comfortable rest of the city residents and guests:

- an area with sun loungers and umbrellas;
- bungalows, gazebos with a barbecue area;
- a fenced area for children, equipped with inflatable slides, trampolines and a multi-level play complex - a labyrinth;
- rental of water bikes and kayaks, SAP boards;
- billiards and air hockey.

Also on the beach, the investor opened the restaurant "Volna" and a sauna with a panoramic window and a view of the river.

The project initiator, GreatStroy LLC, which is engaged in the construction and reconstruction of facilities and public spaces, invested more than 10 million rubles. The investor was accompanied by the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, providing comprehensive support in the implementation of the project. The State Tourism Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan helped to obtain a subsidy in the amount of 7.2 million rubles within the framework of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality Industry". Co-financing amounted to 3.3 million rubles.

Taliya Minullina: "The new beach in Chistopol is a case when the interests of the investor, residents and the leadership of the city and the republic completely coincided. We have beautiful nature, we just need to make an effort to create conditions for recreation. Subsidies in the tourism sector provide excellent opportunities to develop projects in this area. This is support that gives investors the opportunity to earn money, and residents - to relax in comfort without leaving Tatarstan."
