"Investment Hour" with the Zainsky municipal district
The Zainsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis at the Government House of the Republic. The report of the mayor of the city examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.
Razif Karimov, head of the district: "The Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan has agreed on a project of municipal-private partnership with the KamaTrak company for a roadside service facility while preserving the functions of the city bus station for the municipality. The cost of the project is 25 million rubles."
The Progress Industrial Park has been accredited. Today, 3 residents are stationed there, work has been completed on the transfer of land, changing the permitted type of activity. In the first half of this year, the amount of revenue received by residents reached 340 million rubles. It is planned to attract two more residents with investment projects worth 65 million rubles.
Among the investments of local entrepreneurs, projects have been implemented for the construction of a trade and business center with an area of 800 sq.m, for the construction of a commercial facility for the sale of their own products and the creation of a catering area.
Tatneft has launched a project on the creation of a special economic zone of an industrial and production type on the territory of the Zainsky municipal district. Six production facilities are planned on two sites with a total area of 16.5 hectares.
Infrastructure costs - 2.7 billion rubles. The volume of investments of 6 residents is 14 billion rubles (excluding VAT). The number of jobs created is more than 400 (444 people). It is planned to reach the design capacity by 2028.
