Today Finnish business delegation visited Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. Delegation included the representatives of 12 Finnish companies operating in the production of building materials, chemicals, fittings, appliances, electrical equipment and chemical raw materials for various fields of industry.
Finnish businessmen as part of trade and economic mission will stay in the Republic of Tatarstan from 21 to 24 October. During the visit they plan to visit professional agencies and major companies of the republic. The organizers of the mission are the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Finnish-Tatar Chamber of Commerce.
In Tatarstan Investment Development Agency guests met with TIDA First Deputy Chief Executive Robert Galiullin, TIDA Head of support and monitoring of investment projects department Arthur Nigmatulin, TIDA Head of investment promotion Wyatt Ford and Tatarstan Development Corporation Deputy CEO Aidar Abdrahmanov.
At the meeting, to the Finnish businessmen presented the industrial areas of the Republic of Tatarstan, the concept of “Great Kazan”, the components of which are the projects of the International investment technopolis Kazan Smart City and Innopolis.
It was also noted that Kazan Smart City project will use the principles of "green" construction and “smart” city management. Also was underscored the signing of a number of investment agreements concerning Kazan Smart City.
Guests also told about their interesting in finding partners and distributors, as well as the implementation of joint projects in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation.
