At the XII All-Russian forum discuss the strategic projects of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today completed its work the XII All-Russian Forum "Strategic planning in the regions and cities of Russia: building a system", which was attended by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Forum has been held annually since 2002 and is considered to be the main place of the discussion the methods and tools for strategic planning, the most important issues of the strategic plans implementation.
The two-day forum program consisted from 25-30 actions. The organizers of the actions was the Federal Ministry, leading international and Russian consulting and expert organizations, including the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Government of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a master-class on strategic projects in the region, where was noted the successful development of the republic. During the master-class leaders of Tatarstan ministries and departments shared their secrets of success in organizing high-profile events such as the Universiade-2013 and plans for implementation of new mega-projects Kazan Smart City and Innopolis.
Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov at the master class "Strategic Projects of the Republic of Tatarstan" spoke about the development of modern Russian economy on the example of smart cities, in particular, the Kazan Smart City. During his speech, Linar Yakupov underscored main objectives of the creation of Technopolis, highlighting the creation of a favorable environment for the development of this project as a continuation of the commercial center of Kazan.
About the future IT-capital of Russia - Innopolis – told Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov. SEZ "Alabuga" Cooperation with the residents Deputy CEO Renat Halimov presented a special economic zone as an effective instrument for the development of the region. About the system of strategic planning, established in Tatarstan, told Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov.
Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov  also took part in the round table "Russian growth poles and regional competitiveness strategy", which was organized by AV Group and the "Russia's potential" Expert Council.
