Investment Hour with Muslyumovsky Municipal District
Muslyumovsky Municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development in the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Raisa of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the mayor examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.
The head of Muslyumovsky municipal district Albert Khuzin reported that the main industrial enterprise of the district is the Agromaster production company, a manufacturer of agricultural machinery and tractors.
For the current year, the company has sold products worth more than 2 billion rubles, and more than 100 units are produced monthly. In total, the company employs 235 people, the average salary in 2023 was 90 thousand rubles, and in the first 9 months of 2024 it increased to 107 thousand rubles. In the face of sanctions, the company regularly purchases modern machines, equipment, and production lines, which led to localization of production by up to 85 percent. In recent years, more than 100 units of modern equipment have been purchased, and the investment volume has exceeded 500 million rubles. This makes it possible to significantly increase the labor productivity of employees, their wages, and organize their own production of components under the import substitution program. At the same time, the quality of our own products is not inferior to imported ones, and the cost price is reduced by up to 60 percent. This allows us to be a leader in terms of "Price-Quality" among competitors in the Russian market, and as a result, more than 50 percent of all cultivators in Russia are produced in Muslyumovo, and the district also occupies a leading position in terms of sowing complexes.
To create new jobs and increase the portfolio of services provided, the district is engaged in filling existing landscaped public spaces, including the Ik River embankment, and restarting idle production facilities and premises by attracting investors.
"This year, together with the Investment Development Agency, we worked out a project for the construction of modern glampings with a heated pool on the Ik River embankment. The investor is a company from the city of Almetyevsk, construction starts in spring 2025.The volume of investments is 100 million rubles.Soon, Muslyum residents and guests of the district will have the opportunity to relax in modern guest houses, swim in a heated pool in the fresh air and have a great time after walking along the landscaped embankment, " the head of the district said.
Another project of the current year is a concrete plant. Near the village of Muslyumovo, the territory of a former asphalt plant with an area of 2 hectares was idle for many years.With the support of the Ministry of Economy, the district adjusted the category of land and through an auction leased it to an investor for the construction of a modern concrete plant. These products are in demand, as the cost of transporting concrete from Naberezhnye Chelny or Almetyevsk was more expensive than the cost of concrete itself. The site is currently being prepared. Production starts in spring 2025. The volume of investments is 100 million rubles.
