The investor will receive income for the next 100 years
Today, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin signed a decree on the paid use of the Alekseevskoye-Almetyevsk highway until January 11, 2017. Characteristics of the route: category 1A, length 144,874 km, number of lanes - 4, central dividing line, artificial lighting - throughout. Since the opening, the track has been operating free of charge as part of test operation.
The construction of the Alekseevskoye –Almetyevsk toll road has become one of the major PPP projects in Tatarstan. The highway will become part of the international transport corridor "Europe — Western China. The construction of the road will improve the transport infrastructure of the republic and direct additional traffic along the M-12 Vostok highway. The project was implemented as part of a road concession with the participation of an investor and federal support. The total investment is 100 billion rubles, a quarter of which is private.
