The twenty-third "Municipal Investment Hour" was held with the participation of the Nurlatsky district in the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.
Taliya Minullina, head of TIDA: "Ugh, it's even getting hot! Today we are in the very south of our republic! It is immediately clear that Damir Azatovich is the head of the district, who has worked in business almost all his life. The head of the district, Damir Ishkineev, spoke live about the economic indicators of the district, its competitive advantages, implemented and ongoing investment projects, as well as vacant niches for business arrivals.
Damir Ishkineev: "The volume of investments in fixed assets in the reporting year amounted to 14 billion rubles. In order to attract investors in the district, a register of municipal property has been formed and approved, free from the rights of third parties for long-term use by small and medium-sized businesses. It is posted on the district's website, and today it has 22 facilities. Preferential rent is applied for SMEs (the first two years -0%, the third year-25%, the fourth year - 50%, the fifth-75%, the sixth and subsequent -100%)."
