"Municipal investment Hour" with Sarmanovsky district
The thirty-fourth "Municipal Investment Hour" was held with the participation of the Sarmanovsky district at the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The head of the district, Farit Khusnullin, spoke live about the economic indicators of the district, its competitive advantages, implemented and ongoing investment projects, as well as vacant niches for business arrivals.

In the Sarmanovsky district, the Agrosila company is building a large dairy complex for 4 thousand cows. The total investment amount is 4 billion rubles, and 46 thousand tons of milk are planned to be produced per year. The first part of the project has now been completed: 92 people are already working, the farm contains almost 3 thousand cows, and milk production is proceeding according to plan. However, the construction of the second stage has been postponed due to high loan rates. According to the deputy director of the company Marata Zolina, about half of all planned funds have been disbursed so far.
Petrovsky Zavod, a modern enterprise with investments of 220 million rubles, is also developing in the district. It produces 240 tons of drinking water per month. Currently, there are 8 people working there, but in the future it is planned to create up to 150 jobs. They plan to export products to Belarus, Hong Kong and the UAE, and business contacts have already been established.
According to the CEO Konstantin Brusovansky, the company has already invested significant funds in the modernization and installation of new equipment. The main task at the moment, he called obtaining a license for the production of denatured alcohol. The products are intended for use in the chemical and perfume industries, as well as as a fuel additive.
Agricultural cooperative "Yan", which is headed by Ildar Zainullin develops several areas at once – vegetable cultivation, poultry farming and product processing. The production works in a closed cycle: from breeding chickens and feeding to selling finished products. Currently, there are plans to launch an incubator, build sewage treatment plants and open a company store in Naberezhnye Chelny.
