Taliya Minullina presented opportunities for Chinese investors in Tatarstan at SPIEF
The head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency spoke at the round table "Regions and Economic Zones: New Horizons of Russian-Chinese cooperation." Among its participants were representatives of Chinese investment corporations, commerce, construction companies, as well as Luo Zhanhui, Consul General of the People's Republic of China.
Taliya Minullina spoke about Tatarstan's strategy for working with China. The experience of attracting investments and the business infrastructure created in the republic allows us to implement the most ambitious projects, such as the One Belt, One Road logistics terminal in Alabuga.
Talia Minullina: "The component of Tatarstan's success today is, firstly, the relations between the heads of state, then we go down to the regions, to the municipal level, active work in education, training for the future, training specialists in working with China, culture, history. This is the specifics of the job. Close cooperation with Mr. Xiang BO, Consul of China in Kazan, plays an important role in this. Tatarstan's own trade representative, Evgeny Gorshkov, works in Beijing. All this ensures our openness to Chinese business."
