End-to-end investment flow
Today, a meeting on the "End-to-end Investment Flow" project was held in the TIDA with the participation of Elvir Shaikhutdinov, Head of the Investment Projects Department, together with Natalia Dubrovskaya, Project Supervisor of Rosatom Production System JSC of Rosatom State Corporation. We discussed issues related to the support of business projects at the stage of preparation for implementation. The focus of the negotiations is on optimizing processes to attract large investors.
We reviewed the deadlines for the implementation of the main investment projects. The procedure for documentation support, business plan development, and criteria for evaluating master plans based on which large investors carry out their activities. We also talked about mistakes in creating plans and ways to solve them.
We reviewed the procedure for submitting plans to government authorities and the timing of their consideration.
The aim of the project is to systematize the approach to managing investment projects, which is crucial for their successful launch.
