Tatarstan is a territory of sustainable development
On July 23, Taliya Minullina will present a report on Tatarstan's compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals at a High-level Political Forum with the support of the RAS.
The organizers of the forum are the Russian Association for the Promotion of the United Nations and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
The new review reflects the current achievements of the region in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda. It was prepared within the framework of the RAS program "Russian Regions and the UN Sustainable Development Goals".
This is the second edition of the review; the first one was presented in 2019 at the UN Office in Geneva with the participation of its director Tatiana Valova, as well as in 2020 at the UN headquarters in New York as part of a meeting between Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
