Today, Igor Sapunov, Deputy Head of theTIDA, and Elvira Shaikhutdinova, Head of the Investment Project Expertise Department, held an online meeting on the further development of the Sviyazhsk Interregional Multimodal Logistics Center Industrial Park.
The investor received a proposal to extend the agreement for 15 years, as well as a request for additional land plots to expand the investment project. The SIMLC plans to become one of the key cargo hubs in Russia. The depth at the mooring wall is 9 meters, which makes it possible to receive vessels of the river–sea class. The length of the pier is also unique – 2.5 km. There are 7.7 km of railway tracks on the territory, which are adjacent to the Russian Railways. According to the company's forecasts, the volume of shipments should grow to 1 million tons by 2027.
The day before, the Agency's project office discussed the improvement of the financial model of Tatneft's large socio-cultural investment project.
