The automotive cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented in Switzerland

Today in Zurich (Switzerland) hosted a seminar on the development of the Russian automotive sector, which was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov.

In June current year was an investment seminar on "Engineering and manufacturing of automotive components", organized by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency in cooperation with the Plenipotentiary representative of Tatarstan in Russia. The representatives of Swiss companies took part in this seminar and also invited Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive to the Switzerland.

In Zurich Linar Yakupov took part in the presentation of the report devoted to the development of the automotive sector in Russia, and presented machinery industry’s investment opportunities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In his speech, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive noted the foreign companies, successfully operating in the territory of Tatarstan, and whose activity is related to automobile cluster.
The seminar also discussed the opportunities of supplying automotive parts from Switzerland to the Russian market. A number of presentations focused on the general situation of the Russian economy and the possibilities of cooperation with Russian automakers.
