The Bolshaya Volga Mega-Park Project
Employees of the TIDA project unit participated in a meeting on the coordination of measures (and the timing of their implementation) as part of the development of a roadmap for the Bolshaya Volga Mega-Park investment project. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of Kazan, GBU "Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan", LLC "Jadran-stroy".
The project of a service center in Laishevsky district
On July 23, the Agency for Investment Development of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a working meeting between Igor Sapunov, Deputy Head of the TIDA, and the management of DSK Veles LLC and the Executive Committee of the Laishevsky Municipal District. During the meeting, an investment project for the organization of a multifunctional service center for the repair of specialized construction equipment in the territory of Laishevsky district was discussed.
The Upper Uslon Industrial Park project
Employees of the TIDA project unit took part in a meeting with the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, an investor in the City of Electronic Commerce Management Company LLC, potential residents and the head of the Verkhneuslonsky district, Evgeny Varakin. The project manager presented the concept, the layout and the list of residents (about 10 companies, some already with preliminary agreements). Three residents presented their products. It is planned to implement industrial and warehouse facilities on the land plot with subsequent leasing mainly to small and medium-sized enterprises.
