Preferential loans at 9% interest per year for investors in the restoration of cultural heritage sites.

JSC "DOM" is implementing a range of measures to restore cultural heritage sites in the Russian Federation. By 2030, they aim to bring at least 1,000 sites to a satisfactory condition. To attract and support investors and monitor the restoration process, information about the sites is shared on the heritage.dom platform of the Russian Federation (RF). Currently, the platform contains information about over 1,000 heritage windows located in 73 regions of the RF.

To increase the investment attractiveness of these windows, JSC "DOM" has implemented a program for preferential loans to projects that aim to preserve them. As the operator of this program, JSC reimburses lenders for lost income due to reduced interest rates below market conditions.

The program aims to support investors in the restoration of cultural heritage sites that are in poor condition and the adaptation of these sites for modern use. Detailed information on the program's conditions can be found on the cards.

The preferential loan interest rate for investors who are restoring windows in all regions of the Russian Federation is 9% per year.

At the moment, 6 lenders are participating in the program: Bank DOM.RF, JSC, Sberbank, PJSC, VTB Bank, Alfa-Bank, JSC and VEB State Development Corporation, PJSC Sovcombank. If you want to obtain a loan with a reduced interest rate, please contact the branches of these lenders.

It is possible to obtain preferential financing to restore windows leased or purchased from any type of government property (federal, regional, municipal) by an investor. At the same time, preferential financing for windows transferred to an investor prior to the launch of the program (11/28/2024) is only possible if there is project documentation for the preservation of windows, which has been agreed upon by an authorized body in the field of preservation, use, promotion, and state protection of windows in accordance with established procedures.
