New investment agreement

The Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and the Electronic Commerce Management Company, LLC, in accordance with the decision of the Investment Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, dated March 20, 2023, have entered into an investment agreement.

The purpose of the agreement is to implement a large-scale investment project called "Creation of the Verkhniy Uslon Industrial Park" in the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district. The project involves the establishment of an industrial park through the Organization's investment for a period not exceeding 5 years, with the aim of achieving the following objectives:

- Construction of two production and storage facilities covering a total area of 14,688 square meters.
- Expansion of trade and transportation links between Russian regions.
- Creation of conditions conducive to attracting investments to the area.
- Establishment of an efficient infrastructure for accommodating manufacturing companies within the industrial park.
- The deployment of modern production facilities in various industries has led to an increase in the share of products produced in the Verkhneuslonsky Municipal District.
- This has created new jobs and improved the well-being of the region's population.
- The development of small and medium-sized businesses has also been supported.
- These initiatives have led to increased tax revenues for the local budget and contributed to GDP growth.
