Tatarstan Investment Development Agency signed 6 memoranda between Tatarstan and Kazakhstan
Today, the head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina, received a high-ranking delegation of the North Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan headed by Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov at the Agency. It was the first stop of the delegation during its visit to the republic.
At the beginning, the First Deputy head of the Agency, Insaf Galiyev, presented Tatarstan's investment and economic potential to the guests of the republic. Next, the Kazakh delegation held an introductory meeting with the head of the Agency, Taliya Minullina, and representatives of the Tatarstan economic team. Representatives of large enterprises of the two republics also took part in the meeting from both sides.
Taliya Minullina: "It is a great pleasure and honor for us to be the first to welcome our partners, colleagues and, of course, friends — the delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Agency today. The Tatarstan team, part of which was present at the meeting, got acquainted with the economic potential of the North Kazakhstan region with great interest. We watched the presentation video and heard a report from the Deputy Akim of the region, who oversees investment development issues, on the achievements of the territory in this area. During the meeting, we met with relevant colleagues, for example, the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development, who also oversees the issue of attracting investments to the region. Six memorandums were immediately signed at the end of the meeting, five of which were between large companies from Tatarstan and Kazakhstan: JSC Khimgrad, LLC Danaflex-NANO, LLC Gidrotorg, LLC Tavros Management Company, and LLP Raduga. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic also signed a memorandum with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan region. We will work actively!"
During the meeting, Taliya Minullina also assured the high-ranking delegation that the Agency would support colleagues involved in attracting investments to the region if they decided to work more actively at the international level, for example through the World Association of Investment Agencies (WAIPA).
Akim of the region Gauez Nurmukhambetov: "The official delegation of the North Kazakhstan region arrived in Tatarstan at the invitation of the President of the Republic Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov. And the first facility we visited was the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan. We watched the presentation materials, which are very interesting. In general, we know that Tatarstan's economy is growing exponentially, not in words, but in deeds, which is why we are here. Indeed, the economy of Tatarstan is ahead of the entire Russian Federation, and today it is the leader."
During the meeting, Deputy Akim of the region Kanat Duzelbayev presented the investment potential of the North Kazakhstan region to the representatives of Tatarstan. Taliya Minullina invited the delegation to participate in Tatarstan's annual international economic events. Gauez Nurmukhambetov, the Governor of the region, in turn invited a high-ranking delegation of Tatarstan headed by the President of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov to pay a return visit to the North Kazakhstan region. At the end of the installation meeting, a solemn ceremony of signing memoranda was held.
