During the competitive tests, two winners from the Republic of Tatarstan talked about economics, business and law.: These are Marina Epifantseva, Deputy Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Ilnur Siraev, a member of the personnel reserve of the Republic of Tatarstan. The award was presented to them by Nikolai Lishin, a member of the Presidium and head of the Committee on the Protection of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values of the Scientific Expert Council of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. In total, more than 21 thousand people from all over the country took part in the competition. More than 450 people submitted applications from the republic. 566 people from all over Russia were selected for the federal stage, including 14 people from Tatarstan. The multi-stage selection process lasted from April 2025: during this time, over 3.2 thousand lectures were held throughout the country.
