Rasim Baksikov: "Thank you for making me proud of my republic!"
The Hero of Russia completed an internship at the Investment Development Agency as part of the development program for participants and veterans of the special military operation "Time of heroes".
He got acquainted with the work of the Unified Presentation Center of Tatarstan, representing the investment potential of the entire republic, as well as with the activities of all departments of the department, in particular, in the project office, he studied the basics of support and expertise of investment projects.
The intern was introduced to study the specifics of the preparation of regulatory legal acts and international agreements. Rasim Baksikov was also told about the organization of events at the national and international levels and ways to promote Tatarstan's investment potential.
The Hero of Russia was actively interested in working with republican districts, including the Municipal Hour project, designed to unlock local investment potential.
Training under the development program for participants and veterans of the special military operation "time of heroes" provides for testing knowledge, including on investment topics. Therefore, a separate internship block was devoted to public-private partnership mechanisms.
Rasim Baksikov's work at the Agency ended with a meeting with the head, Talia Minullina. She thanked him for his personal achievements during his career and wished him good luck in public service.: "We are grateful for your attitude towards your homeland, Tatarstan, and for the interest you show in the practical work of government agencies. You have to look up to such people."

The federal program "Time of heroes" was initiated by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and is aimed at rehabilitation, training and employment of combat veterans. In 2025, most Russian regions began implementing their own versions of the personnel project "time of heroes". In the Republic of Tatarstan, it is called "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan".
