Kazan's economy attracted more than 300 billion rubles of investments in fixed assets in 9 months of 2025
Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the reporting session of the Kazan City Duma of the fifth convocation today.
In the first 9 months of last year, more than 300 billion rubles of investments in fixed assets were attracted to the economy of the capital of Tatarstan. Among the implemented investment projects at the session were noted: the expansion of the Himgrad technopolis, the Kite gastronomic complex on the Kremlin Embankment, as well as the reconstruction of the Moscow Market.
The Investment Council, headed by the President of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov, supported such projects as the technopark "Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems of the Republic of Tatarstan", a multifunctional complex near the Kirov Dam. In 2025, the construction of the Severnye Vorota Industrial Park began, a large–scale project covering an area of more than 200 hectares with an investment volume of 106 billion rubles.
