We are testing the "new format of urban life"
The delegation of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan together with representatives of the Kazan City Hall visited the Yanalif residential complex. The visit was led by Sergey Khrushchev, Head of the Department for Structuring and monitoring investment projects of the AIR RT. During the trip, they assessed the progress of the construction lines, the quality of the houses already commissioned, and discussed the amount of investment in the project.
The checks allow you to compare the developer's reporting data with the actual situation on the site. Experts analyze the terms and parameters of construction, financial indicators, as well as possible risks, including lower sales and higher costs.
Based on the results of the monitoring, a report is being prepared for the Government of the republic. It reflects the effectiveness of the use of the site and the fulfillment of the terms of the investment agreement.
One of the key topics was meeting the deadlines for the construction and transfer of apartments to equity holders. At the moment, work in the Yanalif residential complex is proceeding according to the approved schedule. The first stage was commissioned in early January, and today 45% of the keys have already been handed over to the shareholders.
, Construction is actively continuing on other lines:
In the second, facade work is being carried out, stained glass windows and engineering systems are being installed, as well as parking is being built.;
In the third, bricklaying is underway, utilities are being laid, and monolithic work is continuing.;
In the fourth, the main monolithic structures of the first floors are being built.
Following the visit, the parties discussed the further development of the project and agreed to increase the volume of investments.
In addition, the delegation appreciated the development of the territory of Novaya Portovaya. It is planned to create public spaces, art clusters, shopping galleries and modern educational institutions here. The key element will be a 12-kilometer embankment: Yanalif residential complex is located on the first line of the Volga River.
Last year, the first 210 meters of a hydraulic structure were already built at the complex, which will become the basis of the future walking area.
