Meeting of the municipal Investment Council of Yelabuga district
The meeting of the municipal Investment Council of the Yelabuga municipal District was held with the assistance of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Agency is included in the membership of the investment councils of the districts as a specialized organization for working with investors.
The following projects were considered:
1. A project for the construction of a multifunctional residential area with an apartment hotel in the city of Yelabuga
1.1. About the neighborhood project
The project is a complex of apartment buildings with non-residential comfort-class premises of variable number of floors with a closed territory, a promenade and designated recreation areas for different age groups. The project provides for modern architectural solutions: courtyards without cars, through entrances, high ceilings of non-residential buildings, various colors of building facades, highly efficient layouts.
1.2. About the apart-hotel project
An apartment hotel with 49 rooms (98 beds), with a total area of 2105 sq.m. There is a draft design, an analytical study of the Yelabuga hotel market, and the concept of an apartment hotel.
2. Ferris wheel project "Yelabuga Sky" Ferris Wheel:
-height 42 meters
-capacity - 22-24 cabins, 4 seats
-climate control system
-panoramic glazing
- illumination
Comprehensive landscaping of the adjacent park area is also planned.
