Tatarstan rose by three places and took the 6th place in the PPP-2025 development rating, retaining its leadership due to the serious groundwork of previous years.

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has published an annual rating of the subjects of the Russian Federation on the level of development of public-private partnership for 2025. The republic demonstrated positive dynamics, rising from 9th to 6th place in the final integrated assessment, scoring 16.9 points.

Taliya Minullina: "It is noteworthy that Tatarstan managed to maintain its status as one of the main PPP regions of the country despite the difficult economic situation and the actual slowdown in the launch of new projects in the reporting period. The republic retains its leadership in the country due to the enormous groundwork of previous years and large-scale infrastructure projects previously contracted."

The foundation for the high final place was "the accumulated experience of implementing PPP projects in previous years (until 2025)." Within the framework of this factor, the launch of projects, entry into the operational stage, and successful completion are evaluated. The total planned volume of investments in PPP projects accumulated by the republic in previous periods exceeded 406 billion rubles (406 121 million rubles).
