The Agency is taking part in key national meetings today
Today, the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, took part in the twenty-second meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the seventh convocation. It was conducted by Marat Akhmetov, Acting Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. Maria Krivenkova, Deputy Head of the Agency, was present from the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In total, 5 meetings of the State Council were held during the spring session, more than 110 issues were considered, and over 160 resolutions were adopted. 50 bills have been submitted to Parliament, 39 of them have become laws, including eight basic ones.
Currently, the State Duma is considering 2 legislative initiatives of the State Council of the Republic.
Today's session of Parliament was the final one of this year's spring session. 21 issues were put on the agenda, including 10 draft republican laws and one federal bill.
In the first reading and as a whole, a draft law on amendments to the republican law on the budget of Tatarstan for 2026 and for the planning period of 2027 and 2028 was adopted. It is worth noting that on the same day, the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, held a republican meeting of financial, treasury and tax authorities on the results of the implementation of the consolidated budget of Tatarstan for the 1st half of 2026 and the tasks until the end of the year. Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in it.
During it, the Rais of Tatarstan instructed the line ministries, within the framework of the balance commissions, to reach each enterprise, delve into the issues of manufacturers, take measures to support them, and constantly monitor the current situation and forecasts of enterprises for the future.
"It is important to fight for every company, to understand their problems, to provide support. The most important thing is to save jobs. This topic should be kept under constant control," the President of the Republic addressed the participants of the meeting.
The implementation of national projects continues this year. The total amount of financing for activities within the framework of national projects in the republic for 2026 is 53.8 billion rubles, including 28.8 billion from the federal budget and 25 billion from the budget of Tatarstan. In the first half of the year, 20.6 billion rubles were disbursed.
