Tatarstan Investment Development Agency discussed promising projects for Tyulyachinsky and Yutazinsky districts
Today, the Agency hosted a working meeting between Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the heads of two municipal districts of the republic. The participants discussed the implementation of key initiatives aimed at strengthening the economy and increasing the investment attractiveness of the Territories.
The head of the Tyulyachinsky municipal district, Airat Fatkhullin, together with a potential investor from Tatarstan, presented the concept of creating a modern industrial park in the district to Talia Minullina. This project is intended to become a driver for the development of industrial production in the municipality. The main objectives of the park's creation are to attract extra-budgetary investments, create favorable conditions for the deployment of production facilities, as well as create new high-performance jobs. The new site will specialize in accommodating both small and medium-sized businesses and large manufacturing companies, which will significantly increase the economic potential of Tyulyachinsky district.
In turn, the head of the Yutazinsky municipal district, Ayaz Shafigullin, presented the tourism project to the head of the Investment Development Agency. The discussion focused on the mechanisms for implementing the initiative, which aims to develop the tourist attractiveness of the area. The implementation of this project will diversify the local economy, create new points of attraction for visitors to the region and increase the flow of tourists to the municipality.
Taliya Minullina noted the importance of an integrated approach to the development of districts and confirmed the Agency's readiness to provide the necessary methodological and organizational support to investment projects at all stages of their implementation. Following the meeting, further steps were outlined to develop roadmaps for both projects.
