Taliya Minullina noted logistics as the main focus of work with China
Taliya Minullina, head of the Agency, took part in a press conference on the ROSTKI forum at TASS today: "Working with China is an art, if mastered, you can get an effective funnel for your business and a huge sales market. The fact that the Republic of Tatarstan has assumed the role of an advanced region in partnership with China is also reflected in the figures: the total trade turnover between Russia and China has increased 3.8 times over the past 10 years, and specifically Tatarstan – more than 12 times. Of course, this is largely due to the federal support and assistance of the Chinese Embassy in Russia and the Consulate in Kazan. We have 8 intergovernmental relations with Chinese provinces, direct flights Kazan – Sanya, Kazan – Shanghai."
The transport track will become an important part of the business program of the ROSTKI forum and will bring together representatives of major carriers from Russia and China. The head of the Agency noted the largest logistics project "One Belt, One Road", which connects the business of the two countries today.
The forum will also discuss the entry of Russian agricultural producers into the Chinese market, and the use of the latest technologies in Russian healthcare as part of import substitution.
Zhou Lijun, Chairman of the Union of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Russia, spoke at a press conference about the opportunities offered by special economic zones to localize production in Tatarstan.: "When people ask me where I can find good partners, I always answer that at the ROSTKI forum. We have invited 200 companies from various provinces of China, and we expect the forum to become even bigger this year, with even more agreements signed."
In the end, Taliya Minullina urged entrepreneurs to cancel vacations during the "SHOOTS" and hurry to a meeting with Chinese business on August 16-19. By the way, the Russian-Chinese Atlas of Investment Cooperation, a guide to support measures in all regions of the Russian Federation, will be presented at the forum.
