«Investment attractiveness of Russian regions» conference holds in Paris

The event is organized by Renault-Nissan and Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in France.

The conference, whose purpose - to attract foreign investment in Russia, focused primarily on the world's largest manufacturers of automotive components from Europe, USA and Japan. Company Renault-Nissan on the eve held its annual meeting of component suppliers with the heads of companies such as Valeo, Bosch, Lear, Faurecia, Aisin, Dourdin, Humax and others.

At the conference to present the Trade Representative of Russia in France Mikhail Safronov, AvtoVAZ and Renault-Nissan Joint purchasing organization CEO Daniel Perry, as well as Director of the Department of special economic zones, regions and monocities’ development projects in Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Balmysheva.

Presentation of Russian regions will be held with the direct participation of Bashkortostan, Udmurtia, Moscow, Leningrad, Kaluga, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara and Ulyanovsk regions.

Investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan will be represented by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Head of Investment Promotion Department Wyatt Ford. The activities of the special economic zone «Alabuga» will present the Head of Investor Relations Rustem Zaripov.

The conference program also includes individual B2B meetings and bilateral discussions of investor companies with representatives of the Russian delegation. In addition, Wyatt Ford intends to meet with the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in France to discuss promotion of Tatarstan products on the French market.
