At the panel discussion, held during VI Russian-Japanese Investment Forum, President of the Republic of Tatarstan noted developed infrastructure, land, developed roadmaps, professional staff and the maximum attention of the region’s government.
Head of the region also told about the work on implementing on the territory of the Republic of major investment projects, noting also that Japanese companies have been successfully working together with partners from Tatarstan in the petrochemical industry, oil refining, engineering, IT- sphere projects.
«A perfect understanding of municipal and national authorities, competitive conditions and ready infrastructure - all this guarantees successful and mutually beneficial cooperation between Tatarstan and Japan, - said Mr. Minnikhanov. - Such a productive area, as the Russian- Japanese Investment Forum will surely give a new impulse to the development of bilateral economic relations and attracting of investment in Russia, in Tatarstan».
«Improving the investment climate in Russia and new areas of investment cooperation between Russia and Japan» panel discussion brought together representatives of public authorities, regions and prefectures of Russia and Japan, leaders of major national corporations, financial institutions, scientific and public organizations.
Welcoming the participants, moderator of the discussion - senior columnist of NHK channel Ichiye Ishikawa underscored that the main aim of the VI Russian -Japanese Investment Forum – is to promote and strengthen trade and economic relations and investment attraction. By Ichiye Ishikawa words, Tatarstan is a highly developed region, which implements roadmaps on economic modernization.
