Top 50 investment projects in the Republic of Tatarstan to be present on KazanSummit 2014

In Tatarstan Investment Development Agency began accepting of investment projects that will be presented at the VI International Economic Summit in Russia and OIC countries – KazanSummit 2014.

The main business platform for cooperation between Russia and OIC countries – KazanSummit – will be held in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan on 5 and 6 June 2014. Every year at the site of the summit meet potential investors and business partners of the most developed Muslim countries. During the 6 years at KazanSummit were presented more than 400 investment projects in Tatarstan, Russian regions and CIS countries.

Acceptance of Tatarstan investment projects for presentation at the KazanSummit 2014 is based on the eight priority areas of region’s development: chemical and petrochemical industries; engineering and manufacturing of automotive components; construction and building materials, agriculture and agro-processing, IT-industry and telecommunications; «halal» industry; medicine and pharmacy; service and tourism.

After review and consideration of applications will be selected top 50 investment projects that will be presented at the International Economic Summit. KazanSummit allows project proponents to tell more about their business ideas in bilateral meetings with interested investors. The selected projects will be also included in a catalog of investment projects, which each summit’s participant will receive.
