Tatarstan Export Corporation signs a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Popular Power for Health of Venezuela
The signing ceremony took place during the X session of the Intergovernmental Russian-Venezuelan high level commission in Moscow.
Under the agreement for cooperation in the field of Health Ministry of Health of Venezuela within 60 days will send a team of competent professionals on medicines, medical instruments and equipment, supplies and other specialized products to Tatarstan.
Venezuelan professionals to visit medical enterprises and organizations of Tatarstan, become familiar with their products and look for the possibilities for accommodation in the Republic of the large state orders for the needs of national public health system of Venezuela.
Tatarstan Export Corporation's participation in the Intergovernmental Russian-Venezuelan high level commission and the signing of intent became possible thanks to the close cooperation with the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of Venezuela, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia with the assistance of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.
Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and Tatarstan Export Corporation have had a large amount of preparatory work. Deputy Minister of Health of Venezuela, Dr. Carlos Alvarado, was previously acquainted with products of such Tatarstan enterprises as «Production and Technical Association «Medtech», JSC «Zdravmedtekh-Volga», LLC «Eidos-Medicine», JSC «Tatchempreparaty», JSC «Kazan medical Instruments Plant» and others.
The late President of Venezuela Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias laid the foundations of the National public health system in order to provide affordable and quality health care to people. This course is supported by the current president of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro.
Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and Tatarstan Export Corporation are working to attract Venezuelan students in higher educational institutions, to equip the Venezuelan fisheries with refrigeration equipment, for the use of nanostructured and nanocomposite materials in the Venezuelan agro-remediation, oil-contaminated soils, livestock and veterinary.
