Another top list based on governors' work prepared by the «Rating» Centre of Informational Communications.
The first position of the ranking took the head of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region Dmitry Kobylkin. Only one point less, gaining 71, in the second position is the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. He did not move from second position compared to the April data. On the third position is the Tyumen Region Governor Vladimir Yakushev.
The next three positions are taken by the heads of the Kaluga, Krasnodar and the Belgorod regions. On the seventh position of the ranking with 67 points is the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, and after him, losing only one point, goes Georgy Poltavchenko, who is the heads the of St. Petersburg administration. After them - Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin. The top ten of the rating closes the Head of Kemerovsk region Aman Tuleyev.
The latest in ranking, the eighties, is the governor of the Tver region Andrey Shevelev. Due to lack of research data and the lack of experts in some regions in the ranking of governors didn’t presented Nenets and Chukotka autonomous regions, the Jewish Autonomous Region, the newly connected members of the Federation – Crimea and Sevastopol.
Rating is dedicated to the evaluation of the heads of the Russian regions. It is a continuation of the previous one, which was released in April this year. It draws on materials of open source, data of state bodies of accounting and statistics. The final results of the study determined the opinions of regional and federal experts. The most of the information were collected in May and July, and a survey of experts was conducted in late July – early August.
