Carlos Bronzatto joins the WAIPA training on Public-Private Partnership

Executive Director of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) takes part in the discussions of the second working day of «Public-private partnership» Training.

Carlos Bronzatto arrived in Kazan the night before and today joined the WAIPA seminar, where is presented the international best practice in the field of public-private partnership (PPP), and discusses issues in PPPs and investment with Russia's regions.

The second day of the training has opened a discussion on foreign direct investment (FDI) in Russia and the discussion of the model of cooperation of the Russian Federation and the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies in conjunction with one of the training’s speakers – Kogan Pillay of South Africa's Department of Development.

Participants also discussed the allocation of risk, the fundamentals of project financing, contract management and standardization of rules and laws in the public-private partnership.
