A meeting of Rustam Minnikhanov and the company, developed the electronic system for monitoring of investment projects holds in Singapore

With the leadership of the Malaysian XYBase discussed prospects for implementation of state monitoring system of business projects in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on international issues Radik Gimatdinov, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov.

The monitoring system of business projects «BLESS» was introduced in Malaysia three years ago by the decision of the Prime Minister of the country. As a result, the ranking of Doing Business, which determines the comfort of the country for business, the country rose from 24 in 2011 to 6th rank in 2014.

Analogue of this system the XYBase company proposes to implement in Tatarstan. «BLESS» presentation in the Republic of Tatarstan was held in February 2013: the system was presented at a meeting with the deputy heads of ministries and departments responsible for investment activity in the supervised area. It is expected that the system will display the progress of the negotiations and licensing procedures, governments and entrepreneurs will be able to monitor the passing documents through authorities. The advantage of the system is not only information, but also the ability to analyze all the processes, reduce unnecessary procedures.
