Signing ceremony of documents on cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technological, social and cultural fields between Tatarstan and the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic was held during the working visit of Rustam Minnikhanov to the Czech Republic.
During the visit, which took place from 25 to 27 September 2014, was held a meetings with the President of the Czech Republic Milos Zeman, where they discussed issues of cooperation in the field of chemicals, petrochemicals, engineering, energy, tourism, culture and education. He also met with the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic Jan Mládek, Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Jan Gamachek and the business community of the country.
In Brno the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the opening of a new Research Center of the Technology Innovation Transfer Chamber (TITC), which is one of the main projects of the regional Chamber of Industry and Trade of South Moravia: it was created in collaboration with the Technical University of Brno.
Were signed an agreement on cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the South Moravian region in trade, economic, scientific, technological, social and cultural spheres, as well as between the Chamber of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Chamber of Industry and Trade of South Moravia.
