ASI seminar on investment climate in the Russian regions starts in Moscow

Educational program on the best practices of working with entrepreneurs and optimization of existing policies and procedures, provision of public services organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) in collaboration with the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of Russia.

At the basis of the educational training – best practice pilot testing of the National ranking of the investment climate in the Russian regions, including areas such as «Connecting to the power grid», «Getting a building permit», «Institutes for business», «Financial incentives and support for small business».

The working group of the Republic of Tatarstan in the training seminar includes the Chief Adviser of the Expert Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Aydar Vagizov, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Zdunov, Director of Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Bolotaev. The training was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Kazan city planning permissions.
