«Open Innovations» forum opens in Moscow
In the III Moscow International Forum of Innovative Development «Open Innovations» was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov, Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov.
At the plenary session titled «Innovative new map of the world: how to reduce the technological gap between the countries» presented the Prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and President of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Keqiang. Rustam Minnikhanov participated in the governor's session of the forum dedicated to the definition of priorities for regions’ technological development, supporting of innovative products, as well as international cooperation in within the joint Russian-Chinese projects.
China this year selected as a partner country in the III Moscow International Forum of innovative development «Open innovations». In the history of Russian-Chinese relations it is the first example of such a large-scale cooperation in the field of innovation. Global discussion forum – Forum «Open Innovations» is devoted to the latest technologies and the prospects for international cooperation in the field of innovation.
