Taliya Minullina becomes Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive

The new Chief Executive to the staff of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency officially was presented by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov.

At the meeting with the staff of the Agency Ildar Khalikov said that for the time that has passed since the appointment of Linar Yakupov as Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive, the need to establish the agency was confirmed. Head of Tatarstan Government underscored the merits of the Agency in attracting investment, the development in the regulatory framework, undertaking such a large-scale forum as KazanSummit, thanking Linar Yakupov and the entire team for the successful work of the Agency.

Introducing the new Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, Ildar Khalikov expressed confidence that Talia Minullina will not only continue, but also add something new to the Agency's work.

In accordance with the Decree №УП-992 dated October 17, 2014, Linar Yakupov was released from the office of Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. Taliya Minullina was appointed Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency in accordance with the Decree № УП-993 dated October 17, 2014. Before this, Taliya Minullina worked as the Head of the Department of Civil Service of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
