Tatarstan Investment Development Agency holds a training seminar on work with citizens

From the end of October 2014 in Tatarstan Investment Development Agency held training sessions on various topics to improve the competence of personnel of the agency and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their activities. "Focus on results" training program is completed. Today on December 5 held another training seminar. This time it was dedicated to work with citizens and was chaired by the Head of department on work with citizens of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rosa Kilkeeva. In the seminar actively participated the Agency’s Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, Agency staff, as well as specialists of the Department on work with citizens of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. This seminar was aimed at improving executive discipline of the employees of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and their work in terms of receiving complaints of citizens on various issues. During the training employees learn more about the legal basis of consideration of citizens’ complaints, promotion of responses and proper documentation in the electronic document. "We, first of all, work for our citizens. Remember that the answers should be complete, high qualified and timely", - said Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.
