Tatarstan Investment Development Agency creates talent fund
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in early December said about the need to create an environment for the development of talents and the system work for youth self-realization consisted from "competitive potential" of the republic.
In this regard Tatarstan Investment Development Agency has announced an appeal to its team: now everyone, who has definite criteria, has a chance to enter the talent fund. In the future it gives the right to enter the ranks of civil servants and managers team without competition.
Tatarstan Investment Development Agency (TIDA) - a public authority, which focuses on attracting investment, maintenance and implementation of investment projects, create a favorable investment climate, increase the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as public-private partnerships.
"The priority objective of the Agency – is to ensure the leading position of the republic in the sphere of attracting investments. In turn, attract investment allows to create new jobs and improve the welfare of Tatarstan, encourage the talent to stay and be developed in the Republic. Like any ambitious and strong team we need a strong "fund bench", - noted TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

From 10 to 30 December 2014 you have the opportunity to take part in the competition for inclusion in the personnel fund of the Agency for all posts of the civil service, including the departments of Examination of Investment Projects, Support and Monitoring of Investment Projects, Information and Analytical Department, the Development of Public -Private Partnership, Financial Accounting and Procurement, Legal Department, Sector of Work with the Media.
Take part in the competition is simple: you need to submit to TIDA package of documents (very small, detailed information on the site - http://tida.tatarstan.ru/rus/kadr/obyavleniye.htm), of course, meet the qualification requirements (having a higher education, working as the civil servant not less than one year or professional experience at least two years, knowledge of foreign languages). There will also to be a creative self-presentation.
