The week of public-private partnership in Moscow

From 17 to 20 March 2015 in Moscow will be held the second infrastructure congress "Russian Week of public-private partnership”. Russian Week of PPP is held to demonstrate implementation of  best practices of PPP projects in various sectors of the infrastructure for the purpose of further replication in the regions of the Russian Federation. Among the organizer of the Week of PPP are PPP Development Center supported by the Ministry of Economic Development and the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation.

Strategic partners are Strategic Initiatives Agency, Russian Direct Investment Fund, Gazprombank and others. Among the presented issues - amendments to the concession legislation inuring in 2015, the mechanism of private initiative, the prospects for a federal law on PPP, subsidies from the federal budget to the PPP projects, mechanisms of state guarantees. Particular attention will be paid to the development of the necessary by-laws and the development of effective PPPs Systems Management both at the federal and regional level.
