A meeting of the Economic Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

On March 13 was held the meeting of the Economic Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The main issue of discussion was the current economic situation in the republic, in particular tax revenues to the budgets of various levels, the condition of the industry, the export potential of the Republic and a number of other issues.

Head of the Territorial Department of the Federal State Statistics Service of the Republic of Tatarstan Valeriy Kandilov talked about the dynamics of trade in the regions of the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation and CIS countries in 2013-2014, made a presentation of information and analytical system "Promotion of the Tatarstan products in foreign markets".

With the help of this system is planned, in particular, to identify potential markets for Republican products, to correct export policy of Tatarstan. As part of the monitoring will be examined trade in consumer food, non-food products and products for technical purposes - more than 60 species.

 "As we know, Tatarstan is one of the leaders in the field of attracting investments and in the IT-sector. In turn, modern technology allows to make an analysis of existing and potential markets for manufacturers of Tatarstan. This will enhance the export capacity of the republic", - said the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tatarstan Export Corporation Taliya Minullina.
