In Tatarstan a large greenhouse can be built

The question of creating a large agricultural complex was discussed at a meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with top managers of Mir Holding - Chairman of the Board of the holding and the founder of Design Group Ibrahim Mirmahmutoğulları, a member of the Board of Directors of the holding Kursad Tuzmen. Earlier, a Turkish corporation appealed to Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, which formed a work plan for further cooperation and carried out a complex work to promote to potential investors.

During the negotiations with the government of the republic Ibrahim Mirmahmutoğulları gave a presentation of the investment project to build a large greenhouse complex for growing agricultural products using advanced technologies. Area of ​​ greenhouse, which will include the Miracle ecological system, laboratory and logistics center will be located in 1,250 hectares. Capacity will be built up in stages over 7 years.

Representatives of the company appealed to the President of Tatarstan with a request to render all possible assistance. This initiative was supported by the Head of the republic, who instructed an ad hoc working group. Tatarstan Investment Development Agency will support the project within its competence.

"TIDA has a history of interaction with the Turkish company and currently co-operation is activated. Previously identified two investment projects, including the production of plastic pipes, which were presented on February 6th to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. Creating a system of greenhouses, which will grow a significant amount of agricultural products, is of interest for our country and the republic - especially now when the import substitution, local production and food security are actual",- said TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, participated in the meeting.
