Distinguished guests from Liberty Island

In the Republic of Tatarstan arrived representative delegation headed by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, Co-chairman of the Russian-Cuban Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz.

The Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met the representatives of Cuba in the Kazan Kremlin; the meeting was attended by TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues of cooperation of Cuba and Tatarstan within the Russian-Cuban relations, including the prospects and the mechanism of interaction in the field of industry, education, health and investment.

Earlier, in November 2014 Tatarstan delegation, which included TIDA Chief Executive visited Liberty Island in order to participate in the opening of the Russian exposition and the Day of Russia in the 32th Havana International Fair FIHAV and holding negotiations with members of the Government of friendly Latin American country.

During the visit the Cuban delegation will visit JSC "Kazan Helicopter Plant" (Russia). The central part of the visit will be the 13th meeting of the Russian-Cuban Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, to be held on Wednesday, April 22.

The event participants will get acquainted with the exposition of Tatarstan, about the investment opportunities of the republic will tell TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.
