KazanSummit-2015

 On 15-16 June in the Republic of Tatarstan to be hold VII International economic summit of Russia and the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

KazanSummit-2015 in Kazan will bring together more than 500 top managers of major international corporations and organizations, various financial institutions, representatives of business circles of the Islamic world, the regions of the Russian Federation, diplomatic missions. By the invitation of the President of Tatarstan the international negotiating platformwill be visited by the President of the Islamic Development Bank Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali and other distinguished guests.

The main focus of the international business forum will be "Islamic finance for constructive global trade and investment". In particular, they will discuss prospects and mechanism for the implementation of such a financial instrument as Islamic banking.

Agenda of KazanSummit is particularly actual in the current context of international economic relations, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan newly open the potential of interaction with the Islamic and Arab world, Asia in general.

For Tatarstan summit it is particularly important: the leader of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov leads the group of the Strategic Vision "Russia - Islamic World" and on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin is coordinating the cooperation of Russia with the countries of the Muslim East. Thus, Tatarstan strengthens its importance as a successful area and area for investment by global Muslim business community in Russia.

As part of the global event will be hold Strategic Forum, dedicated to the main theme of the Summit, Forum on Islamic economics, finance and banking, the International Trade Forum, Investment Forum. Presentation of investment potential and infrastructure, export opportunities, the banking sector of Tatarstan to be presented. In addition, also will be provided such  a business communication as the bilateral meetings.

On behalf of the President of the Republic summit is organized by the Government of Tatarstan, the central responsible authority is Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, which began preparations to KazanSummit-2015 in 2014. Currently, preparations is entering its final stage.

The composition of the Organizing Committee of the summit, led by Deputy Prime Minister - the Head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov includes representatives of relevant national ministries, departments and other organizations.

Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee is TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.
