"Learn, learn and learn": Skolkovo educational program in Tatarstan

In the Republic of Tatarstan hold activities of the "Effective Management: Strategy. Actions. Result" program, within which the members of the Government of the Republic and heads of municipalities will take learning.

The first "lesson" opened Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who gave an example to statesmen and Chief Executives. The leader of the Republic underscored that the modern Chief Executive has to learn all the time, and the program initiated by the leadership of Tatarstan.

It is expected that the training will last until the end of 2015, the "disciples" will gather for a few days every 1.5 months. Emphasis is placed on independent work, design, effective communication, the program will be held on 5 modules (subjects of the first module - strategic planning). Status participants will be divided into several working groups, each of which will prepare a collective project that will evaluated by Rustam Minnikhanov.

The course has been prepared by the Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo" and KFU High School of Public and Municipal Administration.

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, who in 2014 passed retraining in "Skolkovo", underscores the topicality and importance of the new program: "In today's world, knowledge, human capital - the main component of success. Our republic is successful, and this program will help Tatarstan to work more effectively, including on the implementation of Strategy 2030".

Note that by  the initiative of Taliya Minullina year of 2015 declared the Year of Knowledge in TIDA, the Agency staff are regularly trains on modern methods.
